USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use ragout. To use as a dressing for egg pasta, stuffed pasta ( i.e. ravioli, tortelli etc. ) and durum wheat pasta. Also for: crostini, escalopes.
RECOMMENDED QUANTITY: A jar 180g to dress 250g of pasta.
